Shipping and Returns
*please note, due to changes in USPS system there have been delays in tracking being updated and delays in some shipping. Overseas shipping including Canada have been put on hold due to delays up to 3 months. Due to the delays we have canceled all shipping outside of the U.S. until further notice.
Shipping & packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 1-2 weeks for completed shipping. If you need an order expedited, please contact me at email@example.com and I will try my best to accommodate your time request.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Returns and exchanges
If you're not satisfied with the earring please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of delivery. After the 7 business days have passed I will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
If the items are damaged please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please include photos of damaged items and a description.
Order cancelations will only be accepted within the first 12 hours or before the item has been dropped off at the post office.
